The Office of Black Catholics will celebrate its annual African American Mass Saturday, Nov. 4, 10 a.m., at St. Gerard Majella Church, 5354 Plank Road, Baton Rouge. Bishop Michael G. Duca will be celebrant and Father Tom Clark, pastor of Immaculate Conception Church in Baton Rouge, will be the homilist. The Theme of the Mass is “Celebrating Saints of African Ancestry: Black Catholic History Month.” The Diocesan Gospel Choir will provide music.
