Institute for Black Catholic Studies

The Office of Black Catholics of the Diocese of Baton Rouge will sponsor a presentation by Dr. Kathleen Dorsey Bellow, director of the Institute for Black Catholic Studies. The event will take place Saturday, May 17, 9:30 a.m.– 12 p.m., at the Westerfield Conference Center, 1800 S. Acadian Thwy., Baton Rouge. Attendees can learn how the IBCS can help priests, deacons, religious, administrators, teachers, and others who minister with Black communities or serve in multi-cultural settings.
