Magnificat Prayer Breakfast

Bishop David Toups, Bishop of the Diocese of Beaumont, will speak at the next Baton Rouge Magnificat breakfast on Saturday, Dec. 2, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., at the Our Lady of Mercy Parish Activity Center, 450 Marquette Ave., Baton Rouge. Bishop Toups is the spiritual advisor of the Central Service Team of Magnificat, a ministry for Catholic women.
