For each week of Lent, the Diocese of Baton Rouge will be highlighting different ministries that bring hope to our diocesan community. The ministries that will be featured include
Carriers of Hope (Miscarriage and Infant Loss),
All Are Welcome (Those With Special Needs and Their Families),
Vagabond Ministries (Inner-City Youth), and
Catholic Charities' Maternity and Adoption Services.
Carriers of Hope serves Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and surrounding areas by providing caskets free of charge for families experiencing miscarriage or early infant loss.
