Knights of Peter Claver and Court #116 fish frys, Fridays Feb. 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., Immaculate Conception Church Activity Center, 1565 Curtis St., Baton Rouge, $12 per plate, includes fried catfish, potato salad, sweet peas, bread and dessert. Our Lady of Mercy Church fish frys, OLOM parish activity center, 450 Marquette Ave., Baton Rouge, Fridays, Feb. 24, March 10, 17, 24 and 31, 5 – 7 p.m., $10 per dinner, which includes fried fish, coleslaw, fries and bread. St. Aloysius Child Care 27th annual fish fry, Friday, March 31, St. Aloysius School cafeteria or parish hall, 2025 Stuart Ave., Baton Rouge, dine in 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. (drive through opens at 4 p.m.), plates are $10 presale and $12 at the door and include fish, French fries, and coleslaw. St. Paul the Apostle Church fish frys, Fridays, March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, St. Paul Parish Activity Center, 3912 Gus Young Ave., Baton Rouge. Dinners are $12 each and include fried fish or shrimp, peas, potato salad, bread and cake. Fax-in orders taken at 225-383-3702, phone orders at 225-383-2537. Orders of five or more dinners can be delivered.

St. Francis Xavier Church fish frys, 1150 Myrtle St.,  Fridays,  Feb. 22 and 24 and March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and April 7.  Call in orders to go will be taken from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and dine-in and take-out orders will be taken from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Dinners are $15 each and include fried catfish, peas, spaghetti and cheese, potato salad, bread and dessert. St. Vincent de Paul 28th Annual “Count Your Blessings to Geaux Supper,” Our Lady of Mercy Church Parish Activity Center, 410 Marquette Avenue, Baton Rouge; Friday, March 3, 4 – 7 p.m. pick-up, $40 per 2 lb. bag, serves 4 – 8 oz. serving, frozen with heating instructions. Chef John Folse’s  Belle River Crab and artichoke bisque, Bishop Michael G. Duca, Chef John Folse, OLOM Pastor Father Cleo Milano and John Pastorek will help distribute the soup.
